By reservation and confirmation a guest admission contract comes in accordance with BGB (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch). That means obligation for both parties.

The withdrawal of a reservation origins canellation fee. The amount depends on the resignation date in relation to the arrival date.

15 to 21 days before arrival 35 % of accommodation amount
8 to 14 days before arrival 55 % of accommodaion amount
0 to 7 days before arrival 80 % of accommodation amount

House rules

Please do not enter our house with heavily soiled shoes/clothes.
Careful and responsible use of water and energy are desired.
no smoking
no animals
no clothes drying in the rooms
no usage of devices which may cause a risk of fire, especially gas-powered or fan heating, coffee machines.
